Yes. Takedown is scheduled when you book, so the January date is already on the calendar and you don't have to remember to call. We remove everything and leave the roof, gutters and landscaping as we found them.

Either. We can supply commercial-grade outdoor LED lights, or hang lights you already own. Tell us which when you call. If your existing lights are the cheap indoor-rated kind or have dead sections, we'll say so at the walkthrough rather than hang something that will fail by December 15.

Not when they're installed properly. We use clips made for gutters, fascia and shingles rather than staples or nails through the roofing, and we don't drill into stucco or block. That's also why takedown leaves nothing behind. If a spot on your house can't hold a clip without risk, we'll tell you and light it another way.

Yes, if they're outdoor-rated and set up correctly. That means weather-rated LED strands, sealed connections, and a GFCI-protected outlet on a timer. LEDs also draw far less power than older incandescent strands, so you're much less likely to overload a circuit.

No. New outlets and wiring are electrician work, so we don't install them. We plug into your existing outdoor outlets. If you don't have a working GFCI-protected one, we'll tell you at the walkthrough so you can have an electrician add it before install day.

Many Central Florida HOAs have a window for when holiday decorations can go up and must come down, and some restrict color or flashing lights. Check your community's rules, tell us the dates when you book, and we'll schedule install and takedown to fit inside them.
